Role Overview
The Site Coordinator/Site Manager will contribute significantly to the successful delivery of high-impact construction projects within a fast-paced environment. This role demands a detail-oriented individual with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all on-site activities, managing site staff, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily site operations to ensure project milestones are met
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff to streamline processes and enhance productivity
- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to project success
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and site records
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Assist in the development and implementation of project strategies
- Manage site logistics, including the allocation of resources and scheduling of work
Experience & Skills Required
- Proven experience in site management or a related field
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in site management or construction management
