The role

Based at our clients brand new state of the art site in Greater Manchester you will report the Shift Manager, you will be responsible for a small team, ensuring the smooth running of the day to day operations in order to fulfil business/department needs and target’s, maintain product safety and quality standards, whilst ensuring that customer requirements and expectations are achieved in line with product specifications.

Effectively managing and motivating your team through clear communication, you will coach and develop your team whilst identifying talent.

You will develop a Continuous Improvement culture within the department, embracing change whilst constructively challenging the norm.
