Contract Costing Quality Assurance Manager

- Liaising with specific airline customers, and will take accountability for their contract pricing
- Creating pricing worksheets to gross profit level and price summary document (MPL) per customer including all support data as required.
- Monitoring, investigating and recording GP movement within the pricing term providing detail to the senior management team as required including recommendations for change as appropriate
- Working with the finance team to ensure accurate billing, reviewing invoices at the start of a cycle/menu change to establish correct data and monitoring on an ad-hoc basis
- You will oversee all output and workload and manage performance in line with departmental KPIs
- Supporting tender processes and working alongside the sales team to prepare
- Setting annual SMART objectives and managing the performance of your team of 4 – 6
- Carrying out other additional duties
- Detailed understanding of food and food production methods
- Advanced Excel and Word skills
- Financial awareness and understanding of pricing policies including food cost and labour values
- High level of analytical and numerical skills, including attention to detail and accuracy, must be methodical, and logical in the approach
- Ability to understand, and manage the individual requirements of multiple customers to develop accurate costings information
- You may have experience working in any of the following: Quality Assurance Specialist, Costing Manager, Financial Planning Manager or any other similar position
