2024 and beyond is an exciting time for this organisation as they look to heavily invest into their IT infrastructure.


In this role the main function with be to provide senior IT support. However, the vision is for this person to play a key role in the management of the IT team, taking responsibility for their service delivery and driving the IT strategy forward.


The ideal candidate would be an IT professional with networking experience from a school setting who wants progression into a network manager role. They will also look at a senior IT technician who has some exposure to networking who wants to develop and grow professionally.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organisation in an important role, taking control of the organisation's IT strategy.

The Role:
* Plan and implement changes to elements of IT Service
* Manage delivery of service to time and budget
* Lead, motivate and develop IT Team
* Manage monitoring of School IT Network
* Manage IT assets and inventory

The Person:
* Senior IT Technician looking to take a step up into a team lead role.
* Experience with networks - CCNA / Cisco
* Experience with Microsoft 365
* Experience in Google suite
* ITIL V4 - knowledge, able to manage IT service delivery within an educational environment
