Senior Design Manager - High Rise Residential

My client is searching for an outstanding Senior Design Manager looking for an opportunity to join a dynamic and award winning multi disciplinary main contractor on a premium high-rise development in Leeds

The project is a £20m+ RC frame student accommodation located in the centre of Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Design Manager to lead the technical design of the scheme. You will join an experienced professional team, of a truly person centred business where you can flourish and develop in your career.  

The company are a multi-disciplinary main contractor with an exceptional record of delivering high quality sustainable builds across student accommodation, high-rise residential and care / retirement living.

About the role:

• Reporting directly to the Head of Design
• Hybrid role.
• Working on a city centre High Rise Student Accommodation project.

Experience / Qualifications Required:

• The successful candidate must have a career history and track record of Design Management and a Senior Design roles within a similar size main contractor environment and have worked on large sizeable construction projects up to £30m.
• Excellent people management skills with the ability to motivate and work to strict build programmes and deadlines & exceed client expectations.
• Track record of the delivery of high standards.
• Excellent planning & time management skills.
