Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Brickwork Restorer Improver to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for heritage conservation and brickwork restoration, with a desire to enhance their skills and knowledge in this specialized field. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the restoration and conservation of historical and contemporary brickwork structures.
• Prepare work areas by cleaning and removing damaged or deteriorated materials.
• Support the senior brickwork restorer in mixing and applying mortar, replacing bricks, and other restoration techniques.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, adhering to safety regulations and company guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals within set timelines.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme).
• Basic experience in brickwork or related construction work.
• Keen interest in brickwork restoration and heritage conservation.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Good physical condition and ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
