Stafforce are recruiting for an Recruitment Account Manager to come and represent Stafforce on our client site in Sittingbourne.

Salary: £28,000 to £29,000 per annum

Shift/Hours: Sunday to Thursday 6.30am to 2.30pm (flexibility/on call required for busy periods)

We are looking for a driven Recruitment Account Manager, who is looking to join an organisation who can help develop them to be their best!

As an Account Lead in recruitment you will:

• Manage the client expectations and deal with temporary worker queries
• Actively resource and recruit talent for the client business
• Work with job boards, JCP partners, social media and other local partners to find the best possible talent
• Be in charge of your site administration, weekly hours entry and basic reporting
• Offering the best possible service to our clients and candidates
• Manage and coordinate the onsite team

The successful candidate will report into the regional Client Relationship Manager, who will visit regularly and offer ongoing support. You will work with with a Recruitment Coordinator and on site supervisory team day to day, helping to drive the team towards success.

The ideal candidate:

• Will have proven customer service experience and enjoy working with people
• Have experience or thrive working in a fast paced environment
• Looking for a career and not just a 'job'
• Be able to travel to Sittingbourne easily
• Have a basic knowledge of excel, word, and be able to put an email together!
