Full-time, Monday to Friday - Welder fabricator permanent position - day shift - £14.50 per hour
8am till 4:30pm
We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Welder to join our client in Grimsby . If you are looking for a stable and fulfilling opportunity with competitive pay, this is the role for you!
Responsibilities:
- Perform TIG/MIG welding tasks with precision and efficiency, ensuring high-quality welds on various materials
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and other technical documents
- Set up welding equipment and select appropriate welding techniques and materials
- Inspect and ensure the quality of finished products, troubleshooting and fixing any defects or issues
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a TIG/MIG Welder, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Proficient in MIG welding techniques and able to read and interpret technical drawings
- Familiarity with welding equipment and tools
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality welds consistently
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
