More about the role:-
- You will be responsible for your own portfolio of clients, providing a professional and efficient service
- You will be required to build relationships with existing customers, whilst also being able to identify opportunities for new business development
- You must have great attention to detail and be organised to ensure order are processed in full an on time
- You will be used to handling customer enquiries and resolving issues as and when they may arise
- You will liaise with internal departments and external companies to ensure the customer receives a smooth sales process
- You will ensure all sales documentation, including import/export customs paperwork is completed accurately and in line with HMRC regulations
- Fluency in either German or French (any other languages are beneficial but not essential)
- Knowledge of international trade and export documentation would be ideal
- A passion, drive and ability to deliver sales support and identify new sales opportunities
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt within a fast changing market
- A passion for building strong customer relationships
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
