Are you passionate about customer service and looking to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Supervisor for our clients long standing and successful pet food business.
 
As Customer Service Supervisor it will be your job to ensure our clients customers receive top-notch service. You will be responsible for reviewing and improving processes, recruiting new vendors, and upselling to existing ones. If you have a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach, we want to hear from you!
 
The role will pay a salary of up to £32k plus benefits. It is working Monday to Friday from 9-5pm with some flex. You will be able to attend some amazing industry pet trade shows including Crufts!
 
As Customer Service Supervisor it is your job to:

• Open and maintain customer accounts, ensuring all information is accurate.
• Provide exceptional service in response to inquiries and complaints.
• Handle a high volume of emails, calls, and other contacts professionally and efficiently.
• Prioritise and resolve complaints and inquiries within set timeframes.
• Follow protocols for managing complaints and liaise with other departments to resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records and create reports for management.

• Strong organisational and leadership skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Effective time management and prioritisation skills.
• The ability to work autonomously at a fast pace.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Minimum 3 years in a customer services environment.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory role.
