You will work for a global professional services company, committed to transforming performance for a green, inclusive, and productive world. With a presence in over 45 countries, they specialise in project management, cost management, and consulting, delivering complex projects across various sectors including real estate, infrastructure, and natural resources. 
 
You will work as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within their expanding infrastructure team. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a critical role in delivering world-class infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cost management activities on major infrastructure projects, ensuring accurate cost planning, control, and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain detailed cost models and forecasts to support project decision-making.
  • Provide strategic cost advice to clients, identifying and managing cost risks and opportunities.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and participate in procurement processes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including project managers, engineers, and architects, to deliver integrated project solutions.
  • Mentor and develop junior cost managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
 
The ideal candidate will have the below:
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional accreditation (e.g., MRICS, AACE, CCP) is highly desirable.
  • Extensive experience in cost management within the infrastructure sector, including transportation, utilities, and public sector projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and manage large data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in cost management software and tools.
