Normally, in this industry we need you to know the world of Signage, Graphics and Audio Visual. On this occasion, the industry can be taught, but what can't be is the experience you have as a Project Manager in the Retail, Aviation or Construction Sector. 

You see, this role is a Project Manager for a Signage & Fabrication business but you'll be overseeing projects related to Transport, Aviation & staged construction projects. So what is vital, is that you know the way to manage, move and operate within these circles. These projects can take time, lots of hoops to jump through and only once all the i's are dotted and t's crossed, do we then move. This is what you need to be well versed in. 

Project Management, as an experience, is transferable so yes, you need to be an experienced PM but you must have experience within the Retail, Aviation, Transport or Construction sectors. There's no time to teach that, that experience must be demonstrable.

As a PM, it'll be pretty standard. One that you could just walk into and feel comfortable very quickly. You'll be briefed on the project, you'll visit, evaluate / survey, manage internally with all the stakeholders and be the point of contact for the suppliers, subcontractors and of course the end client. 

As a Project Manager, you need to know that you have a solid team behind you. You've got that here.
