Are you a passionate and creative drama teacher looking for a new challenge? Join our vibrant secondary school in Hackney as a Drama Teacher and inspire students with your love for the performing arts.

Drama Teacher Responsibilities:

• Candidate will be responsible for teaching KS3/KS4
• Plan and deliver engaging drama lessons for students across various year groups.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels confident to express themselves.
• Organize and direct school plays and drama productions.
• Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Participate in school events and extracurricular activities to enhance the learning experience.

Drama Teacher Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
• Strong knowledge of drama and the performing arts curriculum.
• Experience in teaching BTEC Performing Arts is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
• Commitment to creating a safe and inclusive learning environment.
