Smile Education are looking for a Cover Supervisor in the Stafford area.
We work with a variety of secondary schools across the area that have a high demand for Cover Supervisors . These roles are available for an immediate start with opportunities in September too!

Secure this Cover Supervisor opportunity immediately, for a September start, covering and supervising an array of subject lessons across both key stages 3 & 4, whilst developing your teaching knowledge, skills and habits.
Working days are completely flexible to your schedule, as long as you are able to cover a full school day. We have part-time and full-time positions available.

Pay rate between £85-£100 per day dependent on experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned lessons effectively
• Arrive on time to school and lessons
• Manage the classroom and keep the children engaged by creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Leave feedback for the classroom teacher

Requirements for this Cover Supervisor role in Stafford :

• Experience working with children
• Strong communication skills to engage with students and staff
• A passion for the development of young people
• Level 3 of Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred)
• Ability to manage classroom behaviour
