HVAC Senior Lead Engineer

Our client a highly reputable and well-established facilities management contractor are currently looking to recruit a HVAC Senior Lead Engineer to cover the North. Reporting to the Divisional Manager:
- This role will include working on a wide range of air conditioning and HVAC systems carrying out a range of maintenance, fault finding, breakdowns, ppm and reactive works.
- As a field based Engineer, you will be out and about on the road travelling to your own dedicated sites as our clients first point of call for PPM and reactive M&E and other general building services maintenance.
- HVAC and Air Conditioning maintenance ppm and reactive works
- Working autonomously, you will be responsible for delivering planned and preventative maintenance, fault finding and repair work. Ideally, you will have the ability to confidently carry out a range of other tasks as well.
- Additional support to the Divisional Manager and Project Managers.
As an ideal candidate you must be HVAC qualified - Level 2 & F Gas and experience carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance works with excellent knowledge of mechanical/HVAC maintenance as well as general FM trades.
Excellent IT and communication skills are essential together with a full UK driving licence.
