Peopleforce Recruitment are working in partnership with a global leader in toxicology sampling and testing. We currently have are looking for a couple more candidates to join a team we currently have in London where you would be going out and performing substance tests. Full training will be provided. We are open to speaking with candidates from any background, as long as you have flexibility to work a varied shift pattern which includes days and nights and have previous face to face customer service experience.

This will be expected to be part time hours and can vary based on the workload.

This role will provide support to a specific customer in the central London area. You will collect samples from their employees for drug and alcohol testing, visiting sites to carry out collections from 1-20 people at a time. You will need to be organised, methodical and confident in dealing with individuals on a 1 to 1 basis.

The nature of the work could either be routine, random or ‘for cause’ testing and you will need to be flexible with the hours you are working, providing us with availability for days and nights on a scheduled and on-call basis. This includes being on standby for a minimum of 1 weekend per month (Fri 6pm-Mon 6pm)and also 1 day per week (6pm-6pm).

Pay rates as below. Travel expenses will be paid.

• Standard standby rate: £22.00 per 24 hour period
• In hours call out rate: £17.00 per hour
• Out of hours call out rate: £37.50 per hour
• In hours prebooked rate: £14.00 per hour
• Out of hours prebooked rate: £18.00 per hour

Full training will be provided and you will be given all equipment required in order to carry out the role.

• Excellent face to face customer service skills
• Basic IT literacy
• Ability to follow procedures and protocols
• Willingness to work days and nights
