Role Overview:
We are looking for experienced Site Agents / Project Engineers for water and infrastructure project delivery. The role involves managing larger-scale on-site asset maintenance, ensuring safety, quality, and efficient delivery of projects ranging from £500k - £3M.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver single or multiple projects with a focus on safety, quality, and cost.
- Lead site teams, foster collaboration, and maintain strong relationships with UU personnel and supply chain partners.
- Oversee project planning, change control, and subcontract management.
- Promote a safety culture and ensure compliance with SHEQ standards.
- Report project performance and ensure stakeholder engagement.
Requirements:
- Experience in water industry project delivery.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of CDM and construction management.
- HNC/HND or degree in engineering (preferred).
- CITB SMSTS qualification.
- EUSR Water Hygiene, Temporary Works Coordinator, Lifting Appointed Person, First Aid, and Confined Space Working (preferred or willingness to train).
