Position: People Partner

Location: Bristol
Salary: £65-75k
Work Schedule: 4-day working week
Headcount: 60
Reporting To: Managing Director

Role Overview: In this standalone role, you will support the newly created Board and collaborate closely with middle management to deliver on the people strategy. Your primary goal will be to own and develop a culture of high performance, development, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Championing the People Strategy: Communicate and implement the people strategy throughout the business.
  • Coaching and Development: Enhance the capabilities of line managers through coaching and development initiatives.
  • Strategic Ownership: Drive the development and execution of HR strategies that align with the company’s goals.

Qualifications:

  • CIPD Level 7: A minimum qualification requirement.
  • Experience: Proven track record of working in fast-paced environments.
  • Skills: Versatile, adaptable, and capable of managing diverse HR functions.
