***Working across EYFS - Year 5

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the class teacher
• Provide individualised support tailored to each student
• Create intriguing academic activities to keep students motivated
• Support with behaviour management

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience working with children is desirable
• Passion for working within education and helping others succeed
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently
• Strong communication abilities
