About the role:

We are seeking a passionate KS1 Teacher to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis, providing ample opportunity to engage with our students and contribute to their educational journey. This role is available as part of our commitment to expanding our teaching team to meet growing student needs.

With small class sizes ensuring focused attention on each student’s development in Key Stage 1, our school offers a supportive environment where both student and staff success are prioritised. Application Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience.

• A passion for Key Stage 1 education and nurturing young learners.

• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create engaging lesson plans.

• Ability to establish a positive learning environment which promotes good relationships and high standards of behaviour and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all students.

• Assess and monitor student progress to ensure each child reaches their full potential.

• Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive learning environment.
