SEN Teaching Assistant Opportunity at Partnered Secondary School in Stratford

We are excited to announce a full-time opportunity for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our partnered secondary school in Stratford. This rewarding role is set to commence in September, offering a chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students with special educational needs.Specifically any applicants with first hand experience with indiviuals with Autism are encouraged to apply. 

Daily Duties:
- Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs within the secondary school setting
- Assist in implementing individual education plans and strategies to enhance student learning and development
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create inclusive and engaging learning environments
- Foster positive relationships with students, promoting their social and emotional well-being
- Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback and support as needed

Previous experience as a teaching assistant or in a SEN role is essential for this position.
