Are you a compassionate and attentive KS1 Class Teacher seeking to join a new school within a wonderful community, with the goal of positively influencing your students' lives?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that are stimulating, interactive, and aligned with the KS1 Curriculum.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued, safe, and empowered to reach their full potential.
  • Utilize a variety of teaching strategies, resources, and assessment tools to meet the individual learning needs of students and promote their holistic development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to support the overall well-being and academic progress of students.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, promoting positive behavior management strategies and celebrating their achievements and milestones.
  • Engage in continuous professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practice and contribute to the school's ongoing improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant subject area (PGCE or equivalent preferred).
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or in the process of obtaining QTS.
  • Experience working with young children in a primary school setting, with a strong understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for working with children and dedication to fostering their social, emotional, and academic development.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute positively to a supportive school community.
