Absolute Executive Search are partnered with an exceptional Law Firm based in Ashford who are seeking to appoint a Private Client Solicitor.
The successful candidate will be handling a portfolio of clients covering Wills, Court Protection, Estate Administration and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Job Description:-
- Inheritance Tax Planning
- Preparing and advising on Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Trusts
- Communicating with clients, keeping them up to date on any progress made.
- Working together as a team to achieve the best outcome for all clients.
- Mentoring and coaching more junior members of the team.
Job Requirements:-
- Excellent relationship skills.
- Able to organise and work closely with a portfolio of clients.
- A high standard of detailed and accurate work.
- STEP accredited or working towards this is desirable.
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales.
