Key Responsibilities:

Manage the service and warranty processes for all GA Products, ensuring effective and efficient operations.

Lead the support for applications, ensuring timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery using established methods and tools.

Engage in activities aimed at enhancing the reliability of our products, regardless of market conditions.

Utilize established techniques for estimating, planning, resource management, and quality control.

Collaborate with the team to identify and develop strategies to prevent the recurrence of incidents and problems.

Create processes to maximize the efficiency of failure-mode part analysis and minimize overall analysis time.

Work with cross-functional teams to address and resolve technical and commercial warranty issues.

Set the strategy, goals, objectives, and priorities for the Service & Warranty team in alignment with IED policies.

Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective actions, and effectively communicating with customers and warranty staff.

Implement process improvements by prioritizing customer needs, resulting in higher satisfaction and quicker resolution times.
Qualifications:
-
Proven experience in technical support, service, and warranty management, preferably within a similar industry.

Strong technical background with knowledge of GA Products or similar.

Proficient in project management techniques and tools.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.

Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Strong focus on customer satisfaction and experience.
