Our mission is to support each child's development and learning through play and discovery. We are now looking for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Nurse to join our vibrant team.

Job Description:

As a Level 3 Nursery Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children. You will work closely with your team to create a positive and engaging atmosphere, ensuring each child's individual needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement a variety of learning activities to promote children's development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Provide a safe, secure, and caring environment for the children.
  • Monitor and record children's progress and development, sharing information with parents/carers and other professionals as necessary.
  • Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development through structured play and activities.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents/carers, and colleagues.
  • Ensure the nursery environment is clean, safe, and well-organized.
  • Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and continuous professional development opportunities.
  • Comply with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations, including safeguarding and health and safety requirements.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education (or equivalent).
  • Thorough understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team, and strong organizational skills.
  • Passionate about working with children, patient, caring, and enthusiastic.
  • Enhanced DBS check and valid paediatric first aid certificate.
