• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a subject specialism
• At least 6 months of experience teaching in KS3, KS4, or KS5
• Strong communication skills and excellent classroom management
• A genuine passion for teaching and encouraging pupils' learning and development
• The ability to be adaptable and patient
