Boden Group are looking for a Delivery Consultant to join their successful Engineering division on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our growing team, as a delivery consultant you will be responsible for generating a high volume of qualified and placeable candidates. You will be working closely with our team of 360 recruitment consultants to drive a high volume of successful placements into our client base.

The Role

• High levels of personal organisation
• Positive, collaborative working with 360 recruitment consultants, ensuring a full brief is taken for every vacancy
• Ownership of advertisement and candidate e marketing on all open vacancies
• Managing the candidate cycle through to post placement
• Responsibility for own use of CRM, ensuring all candidate information is correctly implemented and each stage of the job process is documented correctly
• To sell and explain your client’s role and business to every candidate
• To uphold the company’s values and service to all customers and contacts
• Drive client leads into 360 team, through CV profiling, reference checking and detailed interviewing of potential candidates
• Ensuring the correct formatting of CVS and for all candidate details to be presented to the highest level
• To deliver strong, qualified pipelines against live roles
