Caddy Group are looking to speak to Contracts Managers for one of our global clients. The role will be based in Wolverhampton with the role covering the West Midlands.

The Contract Manager will support the division to achieve its Business Plan through the implementation of the agreed operational process, proactive management of project teams and client relationships and professional, mature, collaborative involvement in the wider operational delivery team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project teams, departmental functions, and line management of employees and contractors/consultants.
  • Ensure efficient project delivery using best practices and continually seek improvements.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Implement agreed operational processes and manage client relationships.
  • Accountable for the work outputs and responsibilities of direct reports.
  • Understand, review, and suggest improvements to the management system.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Achieve operational targets using established processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of NEC4, particularly main option C.
  • Strong communication and management skills.
  • Civil engineering background preferred.
  • Operational and/or commercial experience is highly desirable.
