Job Title: Fire and Security Service Engineer
Location: East London
Rate: £220 p/day

Technical Resources is looking for a seasoned Fire and Security Engineer to carry out necessary service and maintenance calls for high-profile customers including Councils, Vodafone, NHS, and Co-Ops in the East London region. The engineer will work primarily on fire alarm systems, both addressable and conventional, and will also handle other systems where necessary.

Description of Contract/Programme of Works:

• Conduct service and maintenance for fire alarm systems-addressable and conventional (essential).
• Work on CCTV (IP/Analogue), Intruder (Galaxy, Texecom, Scantronic), and Access Control (Paxton, Pac Net2) systems as needed (beneficial).
• Complete the required number of service calls as per customer agreements.
• Majority of sites will be high-profile locations like Council buildings, Vodafone facilities, NHS premises, and Co-Op stores.

Experience Required:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in fire and security system service and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of and experience with fire systems required; familiarity with other security systems is beneficial.

Required Documentation/Certifications/Tooling:

• BS7858 vetting started is essential.
• Engineers must provide their own hand tools, drill, steps, PPE, ladders, and laptop.
• Fire test equipment required.
• Must have an Android phone or tablet with the capability to download and use the CASH app.
