About the Role: We are currently seeking enthusiastic and qualified Supply Teachers to join our pool for primary schools in Redbridge, London. This role is ideal for teachers looking for flexibility and variety in their work. Both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality teaching across various subjects and year groups in primary schools.
• Adapt quickly to different school environments and classroom settings.
• Follow lesson plans and ensure continuity of learning during teacher absences.
• Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Support students' academic and personal development.
• Collaborate with school staff and adhere to school policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• Experience teaching in primary schools is desirable.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to various teaching environments and student needs.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
