Rapid Time Recruit Limited acting as an Employment Business is currently recruiting for 3 experienced Class 1 HGV drivers on behalf of our client in Widnes - Halton, this is on a temp - perm basis for full time employment.

Role of a Class 1 HGV Driver:

• Tramping - Wood Chip - Walking floor
• Starting times 05:00 – 07:00 DAYS
• Monday - Friday shift pattern
• Walking floor. (Training provided)
• 2-4 drops
• Average 13–14-hour shifts

Class 1 HGV drivers will be required to complete an induction and assessment prior to commencing work. If required full training will be given on the walking floor element. 

Class 1 HGV drivers will require:

• Valid UK HGV licence for 2 years or more.
• Must have a minimum 6-month previous HGV driving experience.
• Digital tachograph card CPC card.
• Be professional and presentable at all times.
• Have a flexible approach to work and changing circumstances.
• Must not hold any more than 6 points on your license.
• No IN10, DR10, DG10, CD10 or TT99
