Key Account Manager

Location: UK (Remote/Travel)

Salary £15-£20 p/hr

Hours 36.25 a week

Our client, who are one of the world's leading home improvement & stationery manufacturers, are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Key Account Manager to manage and expand the key customer accounts. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with diverse and innovative professionals to deliver exceptional solutions and achieve long-term success. Your responsibilities will include;

• Maintaining and growing long-term customer relationships by understanding and fulfilling their requirements
• Supporting the Sales team with customer requests
• identify needs, articulate compelling value propositions, and meet customer requirements to promote solutions.
• Grow the Home Improvement & Distribution accounts to achieve long-term sustainable success.
• Ensure customer is compliant with agreed terms; where these are breached seek a resolution and monitor implementation.
• Monitor Turnover & Business Building Terms targets for specific category
• Delivery of required admin for the customer - supporting on pricing, rebates, NLF, promo proposals, terms, contracts
• Work closely with all internal stake holders.
• Build strong and sustainable customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Degree-caliber applicant
• 1-3 years of national account management experience
• Customer-focused with the ability to manage customer communication to deliver operational excellence
• Experience in handling customers
• Current, valid driver's license
• Problem-solving
• Business development mindset
• Exceptional communication skills (local, regional, central functions) and the ability to work across functions towards a shared goal

**You must have access to your own vehicle with a valid drivers licence**
