We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join one of the UK’s leading 5* developers and lead on the delivery of a 2 high performing housing sites.
Reporting into the Commercial Manager, you will have a demonstrable track record of overseeing the delivery of multiple phases concurrently as well as proven experience in dealing with Infrastructure packages and the tendering process.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience within volume housing.
- Experience in dealing with infrastructure packages
- Timber Frame & traditional build exposure
- Used to a fast-paced environment.
