Role Requirements
- Architectural experience in residential, NHS/ school experience
- Intermediate – Senior level (will consider someone approaching intermediate level)
- Must be proficient in AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of 3D software and ability to produce rendered images a bonus.
- Good all-round skills and the ability to run a project from concept to completion.
Job Description
- Collaborate with Principal Contractor and other professionals to develop architectural designs and plans within the commercial and residential sectors.
- Assist in the preparation of construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Excellent knowledge of building regulations and planning application process essential.
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility, alongside taking detailed measurements to produce existing and proposed drawings.
- Review and analyse building codes, regulations, and standards to ensure compliance.
- Assist in the coordination of project activities with clients, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in design meetings and provide input on design concepts and solutions.
