Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract.
Pay: £24,564.00-£26,472.00 per year.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be integral to the client's Customer Service team, responsible for maintaining excellent customer relationships and ensuring efficient account handling. While prior experience is beneficial, we welcome individuals with a proactive attitude and a passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Build and maintain strong, trustworthy relationships with customers.
- Assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, including generating quotes and processing orders.
- Adhere strictly to company protocols to maintain thorough audit trails.
- Accurately and efficiently perform data entry into company systems.
Requirements & Skills:
- Proficient in administrative tasks with strong organisational skills.
- Prior experience in customer service and/or sales preferred.
- Ability to work independently, showing initiative when necessary.
- Meticulous attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable with numerical data and proficient computer literacy.
- Strong logical thinking and reasoning abilities.
- Demonstrated technical aptitude; full training provided.
