The Role: As an Automation Maintenance Engineer, you'll be an essential part of the maintenance team, ensuring the smooth operation of sortation systems and machinery. This role follows a 4 on - 4 off shift pattern, rotating between days and nights, giving you the flexibility and balance you need.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintenance & Repairs: Performing preventative and reactive maintenance on sortation systems and machinery.
• Troubleshooting: Quickly diagnosing and resolving issues to minimize downtime.
• System Improvements: Implementing enhancements to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in automation maintenance engineering.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of sortation systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
