The Role:

As a Board Director reporting to the Managing Director, you will lead a global team of 100+ across the UK, India, Australia, and the US. Your mission is to oversee sales, product development, implementations, service desk, and account management, ensuring excellence at every step.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire cross-functional teams,
• Provide strategic vision and leadership, aligning with business objectives and market trends.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive growth in revenue, profitability, and market share.
• Inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Manage the end-to-end client lifecycle, from sales to ongoing account management.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and partners.
• Scale operations and ensure service excellence for our clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and data security standards.
• Manage financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Lead product development and innovation efforts.
• Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

Experience and Capabilities:

• Proven track record in leading and growing software businesses.
• Exceptional leadership and client relationship skills.
• Experience in product development, service delivery, and team building.
• Senior leadership experience with multi-site global teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Financial acumen and experience in managing budgets.
• Strong background in modern software development principles & best practices
• Ability to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge CRM / Billing / SaaS / Salesforce software solutions is highly desirable
