Contract Supervisor/ Project Manager

• Management of subcontractors (Plumbers, electricians, carpenters, groundworkers and general builders)
• Trade experience essential  
• Client and resident liaison (Good communication skills both written and verbal, computer literate on Microsoft word and excel is essential)
• Survey, Post Inspect and Manage Local Authority upgrade works including, All Domestic building alterations, Kitchen, bathrooms, wetrooms, heating systems, rewires, concrete driveways and footpaths.
• SSSTS or SMSTS qualified (Preferred but not essential, training can be provided)
• Diligent in Quality Assurance and Compliance checks to ensure the standards expected by the company are achieved.
• Full UK Driving licence
• Experience within a similar role
• Essential they live no further than a 30minute radius of Wisbech.
• Preference for contractors who have worked with local authorities or private customers.

  Contract Supervisor/ Project Manager - Duties:

• Coordinating the day to day running of planned works. 
• Monitoring work progress and performance.
• Establishing and maintaining excellent client relationships.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Contract Supervisor/ Project Manager - Essential:

• The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to use own initiative.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to diagnose/problem solve.

The successful candidate will be part of a small operation team and will be joining the company with an ambition to expand, we turn over in the region of 3-4million a year. The position is for some looking for a full-time post off the tools, training can be provided If required. Hours are 7am-5pm, wages between 35-40k depending on experience, bonus incentives, company vehicle, fuel card, holiday negotiable. ‘
