Recruit4Staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturing company in their search for a Trainee Panel Wirer to work in their leading facility in Stoke.

For the successful Trainee Panel Wirer our client is offering:

  • Starting salary of £24,960 per annum, moving higher with training
  • Monday to Friday - 7am - 4pm
  • Permanent role
  • Overtime paid at x1.33
  • Wage review after 12 months
  • 21 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Training and development available

The Role - Trainee Panel Wirer:

  • Building and Wiring of Control Panels
  • Reading from schematic diagrams
  • Use of hand and power tools
  • Fitting components with suitable fixtures
  • Determining suitable wire types/sizes
  • Locating and reporting any faults
  • Assembly of products

What our client is looking for in a Trainee Panel Wirer:

  • GCSE or equivalent – English, Maths and Science ESSENTIAL
  • BTEC and / or NVQ in an Engineering discipline ESSENTIAL
  • Computer literate to a reasonable degree ESSENTIAL
  • Electrical experience ESSENTIAL
