I am looking for an exceptional Registered Manager for a care home in Lowestoft which is on an improvement journey and needs someone who can implement change, ensuring the care team is providing the highest level of care to residents.
The duties of the Registered Manager will include:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the home
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines and standards
- Supervising and providing guidance to staff members
- Coordinating and overseeing medication administration
- Managing and maintaining resident records and documentation
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop care plans
- Conducting regular assessments of residents' needs and updating care plans accordingly
- Handling any issues or concerns that arise in a professional and timely manner
For this role you must have:
- Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
- At least 3 years of experience as a Registered Manager in a residential service
- Knowledge of medication administration protocols and procedures
- Experience in managing and supervising a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
