Your Mission
- Preventative Maintenance & Diagnostics: Conduct regular maintenance and diagnostics on building control systems per service level agreements with customers.
- Repairs & Remedial Works: Perform small repairs and remedial tasks to ensure system efficiency.
- Routine Inspections: Ensure BMS equipment operates at peak performance through routine checks.
- Customer Service Response: Address service calls promptly in the event of system failures.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of service activities, including maintenance tasks, repairs, and client interactions.
- Technical Expertise: Familiarity with Trend & IQ Vision is essential. Experience with Siemens, Tridium, or other systems is advantageous; training will be provided if needed.
- Industry Experience: Proven experience in the building controls industry and a solid understanding of mechanical plants.
- Diagnostic Skills: Strong ability to systematically identify and resolve technical issues.
- Communication Skills: Excellent ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
- Team Player: Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Requirements: Full UK driving license, PC literacy, and availability for on-call duties on a rotational basis.
