🌟UI Developer - Contract Opportunity🌟

💼 Join a highly reputable organisation in the heart of 📍Canary Wharf, London, as a UI Developer. We are seeking a skilled professional to contribute to our client's 📈 Commodities Pricing and Order Management platform.

🌐 This is a contract position with a duration of 10 months, offering a competitive daily rate ranging from £750-£850. (inside IR35 via umbrella)

✨Responsibilities✨

Design and develop server-side solutions within our client's Commodities Pricing and Order Management platform.
Collaborate with a team of UI and server-side developers to implement solutions that meet the front office's business requirements.
Engage closely with partners from sales, trading, quants, and other technology teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

🔧Technical Knowledge/Experience🔧

Expertise in developing Python applications within a container orchestration environment.
Proven experience building and maintaining robust and scalable platforms, ensuring strong unit and regression test coverage.
Familiarity with container orchestration solutions such as Docker, Kubernetes, or Openshift.
Proficiency in Fast API, Django, Flask, or Pyramid frameworks.
Knowledge of messaging middleware technologies such as Solace, Web Sockets, Kafka, Tibco, or Rabbit MQ.

🚀 Nice to Have 🚀

Familiarity with C# programming language.
Experience with MongoDB.
Knowledge of Grafana/ELK for monitoring and visualisation.
Understanding of Swagger for API documentation.
