Job Title: Town Planner

Penguin Recruitment is pleased to be supporting one of the UKs leading Planning Consultancies who, due to their ever-growing pipeline of work, are now looking to recruit an experienced Planner to their dynamic team!

The Company

My client is a global leading commercial, residential & rural real estate service provider. The teams' reach is diverse with a strong pipeline of projects for a wide variety of clients. The team act for a broad range of clients from housebuilders, developers and investment companies covering mixed use planning and urban regeneration, retail, residential, industrial, and warehousing projects throughout the southeast and beyond.

The Role

Typically, your role will involve managing your own workload, assisting the senior team members, undertaking planning research and enquiries, drafting and finessing reports and planning submissions (site assessments, policy notes, applications, appeals, development plan representations and so on).

Candidate Requirements

• RTPI Accredited degree in Planning.
• MRTPI and / or MRICS chartership, or ambitious to achieve chartership.
• Demonstratable previous experience in a similar role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
