My client is recruiting for a Chef based within the NHS in Essex and the surrounding area.
Ideal candidates need:

My client is recruiting for a Chef based within the NHS in Essex and the surrounding area.
Ideal candidates need:
- NVQ level 2 or equivalent in catering
- 3 GCSE or equivalent
- NVQ or equivalent in nutrition
- Basic qualification in food hygiene (CIEH Level 2)
- NHS experience
- COSH qualification
- Providing constant support to sous chef
- Freshly prepare, cook and serve all dishes adhering strictly to recipes agreed by the head chef
- Ensure food meets trust standards and temperature requirements for both hot and cold food in line with Hazard analysis and critical control points
