Are you a qualified Asbestos Surveyor looking for a new opportunity?
Randstad are currently working with a prestigious client who are leading specialists in testing, inspection and certification. They currently have a requirement for a skilled Asbestos Surveyor to join their growing team to look after their large housing portfolio.
Package:
- £35,000
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime at x1.5
- Company car and fuel card
Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed and accurate asbestos surveys in order to produce thorough reports
- Liaise with clients and provide the reports with recommendations of management and removal
- Continue to develop knowledge for legislation and best practice within the industry
- Communicate effectively within a team environment
- Ensure deadlines are adhered to and manage client expectations
- Adhere to health and safety at all times
- Work in accordance with HSG 264 Guidelines
Required:
- P402: Surveying and Sampling Strategies
- P403 and P404 are highly regarded
- Background within the asbestos industry, ideally housing
- Up to date knowledge within the asbestos industry
- Valid driving licence
