We’re looking for a committed and motivated person to provide excellent customer service for an award-winning social housing contractor.

The duties for this role will be to:

  • Book appointments with customers for work to be carried out
  • Advise tenants and residents with ongoing or future works that need to be carried out
  • Escalate or Pass Though Calls to the appropriate department or manager
  • Verifying and confirming customers information through answering incoming calls
  • Resolve any customer queries and problems in a timely manner
  • Any other duties as may reasonably by requested by the Customer Care Team Leader or Customer Care Manager
  • Raise notes on the internal company IT system for use, as necessary, by office and field-based personnel

Preferred requirements:

  • proven experience in administration within a commercial/ social housing environment (preferred but not required)
  • excellent communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal
  • exceptional customer service
  • experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • excellent organisation skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • be a strong team player
  • can do attitude
