Customer Care Administrator

We’re looking for a committed and motivated person to provide excellent customer service for an award-winning social housing contractor.
The duties for this role will be to:
- Book appointments with customers for work to be carried out
- Advise tenants and residents with ongoing or future works that need to be carried out
- Escalate or Pass Though Calls to the appropriate department or manager
- Verifying and confirming customers information through answering incoming calls
- Resolve any customer queries and problems in a timely manner
- Any other duties as may reasonably by requested by the Customer Care Team Leader or Customer Care Manager
- Raise notes on the internal company IT system for use, as necessary, by office and field-based personnel

Preferred requirements:
- proven experience in administration within a commercial/ social housing environment (preferred but not required)
- excellent communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal
- exceptional customer service
- experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- excellent organisation skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
- be a strong team player
- can do attitude
