The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and delivering engaging and age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.

• Monitor and document children's progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.

Requirements:

• A genuine passion for working with young children and a commitment to their development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, teachers, and parents.
• Patience, empathy, and a compassionate approach to understanding and addressing the diverse needs of young learners.
• Creativity and adaptability to design and implement engaging learning activities.
• Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
• A proactive approach to professional development and continuous learning.
