Production Supervisor - Gravesend - £14.20 to £15.75 ph - Gravesend KENT
Starting at £14.20 per hour, rising through to £15.07, and then £16.54 per hour after full training.
Day shift 5.30am till 5.30pm Sunday to Wednesday

Production Supervisor to ensure that processing, assembly and packing areas are managed in accordance with company H&S and technical policies.
To be successful in this role you will have
* Experience of ready-to-eat environment, preferably with prepared fresh produce.
* Experience of managing a team and providing coaching and support
* IOSH certification desirable, but not essential.
* Food Safety Level 3 qualified.
* HACCP Level 3 qualification desirable, but not essential
* Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
* Self-organised approach and the ability to plan a workload.
* Resilient with a strong work ethic.
* High emotional intelligence, self-control (EI).
