Plant Manager – Production Manager – Recycling – Plastics - Dudley

Brooklyn Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Plant Manager / Production Manager for a RPET (Recycled Polyethylene Terephthalate) centre in the Bilston area of Wolverhampton. This is a days role working Mon – Fri 9am -6pm. Immediate start date available!

This Plastics Recycling Plant have recently gone through some major changes and are looking for someone who can help lead the team, through continuous improvement activities to get it to where it should be!

As Production Manager / Plant Manager you will be:

• Managing production
• Implementing production schedules
• Ensuring manufacturing targets are met
• Leading and mentoring the production team
• Encouraging a continuous improvement working environment
• Conducting performance reviews
• Managing the production budget
• Ensuring Health and Safety regulations are followed at all times
• Keeping up to date on the newest trends and technologies
• Making sure maintenance schedules are adhered to
• Other duties as required

To be suitable for this role of Plant Manager / Production Manger you should have held a similar role within a manufacturing environment previously as well as having extensive knowledge / experience of RPET (Recycled Polyethylene Terephthalate). You should also have an engineering qualification.
