Looking for an in-house role where you will be highly regarded and seen as a trusted advisor and business partner to the teams you support?

This is an opportunity to be part of an expanding in house legal department, responsible for offering strategic and commercial legal advice to all parts of the business, drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts, advising on a range of legal and regulatory queries and being strategically involved in new projects with the opportunity to carve out a significant profile.

You will be a qualified solicitor, bringing at least 2 years post-qualified experience, it would suit someone with a commercial background; experience in data protection law would be a particular advantage.

Previous Telecoms experience would be desirable however relevant transferable skills from other sectors or practice and a willingness to embrace new areas of law are the key requirements.  

Note: This is a hybrid role, with 2-3 days per week based at our Head Office, Abingdon, Oxon.

Along with qualifications, you will be someone who takes responsibility and who has a pragmatic commercial approach to business advice and has a keen sense of teamwork and ability to build trust and respect with multiple stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally. You will propose practical solutions which make sense commercially and operationally.
